Never mix up your right contact lens with your left contact lens. Most people have a different prescription for each of their eyes. Train yourself to begin with ether the right or the left lens. When cleaning your vision contact lenses do not forget to look after the lens case too. Rinse your lens case after every use and let it air dry.
Your vision contact lenses should be either in the eye, or in a special solution. If you accidentally let the lens dry up, throw it out, it is not good.
Don't wear vision contact lenses if you have a cold, cold sores, pink eye, or another infection. You do not need any germs to get into your eyes. It's easy to transfer the germs in your body to your eyes if you're not careful. Think about when you have a cold and you sneeze or cough, those tiny germ can get deposited onto you hands and into your eyes if you're putting in vision contact lenses or taking them out. It is handy to have a back up pair of glasses for such occasions.
